Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, services, and use of the website www.saudihop.com ("Website") operated by Marsons Travel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07475014) with its registered office at 633 Garratt Lane, London, SW18 4SX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking with us, requesting a quotation, or using our Website, you ("you", "the customer", "the passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Saudi Hop is a specialist travel agent focusing on travel services in Saudi Arabia, including flights, hotels, transport, activities, and Umrah and leisure packages. We act as an intermediary between you and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers as well as our own.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are made by contacting us via phone, email, or messaging. Quotations are subject to availability and not guaranteed until confirmed. Prices, taxes, and availability may change at any time, even after full payment has been received. All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has cleared and tickets, vouchers, or confirmations have been issued. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

3. Tickets, Vouchers, and Documentation

All tickets, vouchers, or confirmations issued through us are in electronic format; paper tickets or documents will not be provided. Passengers are responsible for confirming all travel and service details at least 48 hours prior to departure or service date. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and any other documentation required. We accept no liability for denied boarding, visa refusal, or refusal of service due to missing or invalid documentation. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of travel.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All bookings, including flights, hotels, transport, activities, and Umrah packages, are non-changeable and non-refundable unless explicitly specified by the supplier. Refunds are processed according to the supplier's policies and will not be paid until received from them. Refunds typically take 1–6 months to process. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only, minus any administration fees or supplier charges. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be offered depending on what has already been paid for.

5. Changes and Amendments

All changes or amendments to bookings are subject to supplier restrictions, availability, and applicable charges. Any additional costs resulting from changes must be borne by the customer. Suppliers reserve the right to make minor adjustments to hotel rooms, transport schedules, or activities due to operational requirements.

6. Umrah and Religious Travel

Umrah visa processing can take up to 2 weeks, and we accept no liability for delays or refusals by Saudi authorities. Visa fees and regulations are subject to change without notice. Passengers who have performed Umrah in the previous 2 Hijri years may be subject to an additional SAR 2,000 fee. Once booked and confirmed, Umrah packages are strictly non-changeable and non-refundable.

7. Accommodation, Transport, and Activities

Hotel, transport, and activity bookings are subject to availability and may change if suppliers alter arrangements after confirmation. We will provide alternatives of a similar standard where possible, and any rate differences may be payable by the customer. Issues within hotels, transport, or activities, such as cleanliness, maintenance, or service delivery, are the responsibility of the supplier. Up to 2 children under 6 years old may share a hotel room with parents free of charge (breakfast and other extras must be paid directly to the hotel). We will make every effort to meet requested dates and schedules, but minor adjustments may occur due to availability constraints.

8. Liability and Responsibility

We act only as an agent and are not responsible for the actions or failures of suppliers. This includes supplier cancellations, overbookings, service delays, or changes in schedules. We accept no liability for new laws, taxes, or regulations imposed by Saudi authorities after booking. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information when booking, including names, contact details, and service requirements. You must comply with all Saudi laws and regulations, including dress codes, conduct rules, and any religious restrictions applicable to Umrah or other activities. Failure to do so may result in denial of service or additional charges.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as Marsons Travel Ltd is a UK company. For travel services within Saudi Arabia, you also agree to comply with all relevant Saudi laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quotation, making a booking, or confirming your booking via email or messaging, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
